I just want to say happy birthday to my gorgeous sister Sydney, she is 16 today and I thought I would type 16 things that are great about her...
16. She has been taller than me since she was about 13, her legs pretty much touch the sky compared to my short-stubby legs..
15. She is the baby of the family so my sister and I always used to pick on her, but she still is such a good sport.
14. She cheered for Juan Diego for her Freshman and Sophomore year of high school.
13. She has been given an ambassador for her Junior year of high school. (For those of you that don't know what that it, it is like college ambassadors. chosen off of recommendations, school involvement, an interview, and most of all amazing grades.)
12. She has given up her chance to have a car at 16 to go to Europe for two weeks with Juan Diego. I AM JEALOUS
11. She is a little clumsy, she has always been the person to trip over her own feet or hurt herself by just air.
10. She is 6 years younger than me.
9. She is a great cook and baker, I cannot recall many times I have gone over to my dad's that she has not baked cupcakes or cookies.
8. She is my half sister.
7. She is a little bit of a math nerd like me, she is more of an all around nerd though.
6. She recently had surgery on her knee.
5. She is a yankees fan.
4. When she was little she always ended up getting food on top of her forehead, I don't know how that is possible, but she managed it.
3. Last summer we were driving to Alabama to drop off our sisters car and she said, "MMM, I would really like a cheeseburger right now." So we stopped at a Dairy Queen to get food and what did she order?.... Chicken strips. haha we decided that she was no longer going to decide where we were eating the rest of the trip.
2. Her nickname to me is Tarantula but her other nicknames entail: Daddy Long Leg, Squid, and Syd.
1. She is a great sister and I know that she will grow up to be successful no matter what she does.
